Wine manufactures from Saperavi grapes. Combs gently separate from grapes, after that pulp, cooled till 4°C, leaves for maceration for 8-10 hours. When juice obtains wishful rose color, it moves in another vessel and remains on several days for defecation and follow up fermentation, which will be carried out by traditional method. Recommended with cheese, red fish, poultry, deserts and sweet fruits.
In aroma of wines you find notes of barberry and raspberry, as well as additional tints of pomegranate and ripe peach.
