Red natural semi sweet wine, manufactured from indigenous sort of grapes Mujuretuli and Alexandrouli, grown in Khanchkara micro zone (Racha-Lechkhumi). Capacity of vineyards of village Khanchkara don’t exceed 7 tone of per ha. Wine manufactures by traditional method. After 5-7 days maceration, when wishful remaining sugar has reached, the process of fermentation stops as a result of cooling and filtration of wine, thereby we keep natural swiftness and freshness. Wine is most compatible with spicy meat food and chocolate cakes.
