Wine type: Red semi-sweet wine
Origin: Akhmeta microzone, Kakheti region
Grape Variety: 100% Saperavi
Harvest: 5 tons per hectare
The wine is made from Saperavi grapes harvested from certain plots, where green harvest was made at the beginning of August and the yield was artificially reduced by 2 times, which in turn made it possible to improve the quality indicators of the berries remaining on the vine. At the end of September, the grapes are manually harvested and sorted, then carefully separated from the ridges and squeezed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. Subsequently, the wine is aged in tanks at a low temperature and after bottling and in bottles at controlled temperature and humidity. The wine goes well with spicy meat dishes, spicy cheeses and chocolate cakes.
Notes of cherry, blackberry and black currant
Wine with dense tannins and notes of dried berries, leaves a long aftertaste with a pleasant sweetness
