Manufactures from grapes of Saperavi, grown in Akhmeta micro zone, Kakheti region. Method of winemaking is classic technology for manufacturing of Georgian dry red wines, where fermentation and aging carries out in qvevri- clay vessel, which is traditional for Kakhetian winemaking. Wine ages in qvevri during 6 months at least.
dark, almost black pomegranate color.
express aroma of wine opens with velvet tones of ripe blackberries (cherry, currants, mulberry, blackberry, bilberries).
strong, muscle body with solid tannins and notes of cornel, blackberry and prunes. Long, coating berry after taste.
