Premium Red Dry
Wine is produced from Saperavi grapes gathered from certain areas where green harvesting was carried out in early August and capacity was artificially reduced by a factor of 2, which allowed to improve the quality of grapes remaining on the vine. At the end of September, the grapes are manually collected and overrun, then carefully separated from the ridges. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. Subsequently, the wine is first held in tanks and then transferred to oak barrels for further maturation for 12 months. Wine is served to Georgian cuisine, pork and beef, mature cheeses and baked duck.
