The wine is made from Saperavi grapes. The comb is gently separated from the grapes and squeezed, after which the pulp, cooled to 4 ° C, is left for 8-10 hours to macerate. When the juice acquires the desired pink color, it is poured into another container and left for several days for clarification and subsequent fermentation, which takes place in the traditional way. It goes well with cheeses, red fish, poultry, as well as desserts and sweet fruits.
