Alazani Valley Rosé
Wine type: Rose semi-sweet wine
Origin: Kakheti region
Grape Variety: 100% Saperavi
Harvest: 10 tons per hectare
The wine is made from Saperavi grapes. The comb is gently separated from the grapes and squeezed, after which the pulp, cooled to 4 ° C, is left for 8-10 hours to macerate. When the juice acquires the desired pink color, it is poured into another container and left for several days for clarification and subsequent fermentation, which takes place in the traditional way. It goes well with cheeses, red fish, poultry, as well as desserts and sweet fruits.
The aroma of the wine reveals notes of barberry and raspberry, complemented by hints of pomegranate and ripe peaches
The wine has a bright, lively taste with strawberry-cherry notes
