It is made from grapes of the variety of Rkatsiteli. It is produced in the traditional Kakhetian way. Fermentation takes place with the skin of grapes in a similar way to qvevri, but only in stainless steel tanks. The wine is well combined with white and red meat, with Georgian cheese, salads, poultry meat and vegetables.
