Red dry wine, manufactured from Saperavi grapes, grown in micro zone Mukuzani. Fermentation of grape juice carries out by traditional method for red wines with strong control of temperature. After finishing of fermentation the wine ages in oak barrels. The wine is best for serve with Georgian cuisine, pork, beef, sausages on grill, mature cheese and roast duck.
A complex bouquet of cherries, blackberries, with notes of black currant, with a light seasoning of smoke, aromas of vanilla and oak.
Dominated by notes of vanilla and burnt oak.
