Sparkling wine is made according to the classical method of secondary fermentation of wine in sealed pressure tanks. The blend of PRESTIGE Brut includes selected grapes of Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane varieties, collected manually. After the secondary fermentation, the wine is aged for several months. Wine has a long aftertaste and could be served with the starters, main dishes and desserts. It is recommended to serve strongly chilled (at a temperature of 5 C°).
