The sparkling wine is made from hand-picked Mtsvane and Rkatsiteli grapes grown in the Kakheti region. The production is based on the classic secondary fermentation method in sealed pressure vessels. After secondary fermentation, the wine is aged for several months. It is an excellent aperitif, and also goes well with white meat and poultry dishes, vegetables with a creamy sauce, fresh fruits and savory desserts. Recommended to be served chilled (at a temperature of 6-8 ° C).
