Sparkling wine is made according to the classical method of secondary fermentation of wine in sealed pressure tanks. The blend of PRESTIGE Semi-Sweet includes selected grapes of Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane varieties, collected manually. After the secondary fermentation, the wine is aged for several months. Wine is served as an aperitif, with fish, seafood and vegetables. It is recommended to serve chilled (at a temperature of 8-10 C°).
