Sparkling wine is made according to the classical method of secondary fermentation of wine in sealed pressure tanks. The blend of PRESTIGE Semi-Dry includes selected grapes of Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane varieties, collected manually. After the secondary fermentation, the wine is aged for several months. Wine is served as an aperitif, with poultry, vegetables with creamy sauce, fresh fruit and desserts. It is recommended to serve chilled (at a temperature of 6-8 C°).
