Red dry wine made from selected Merlot grapes harvested in Kakheti region. Fermentation of grape juice is carried out by the traditional method of making Kosher wine, with strict observance of the temperature regime, under the strict control of specialists invited from Israel, further aging in oak barrels. Recommended with Georgian cuisine, lamb and beef, aged cheese and oven-roasted duck.
