Naturally semi-sweet white wine made from grapes of the variety of Tsolikauri. It is produced in the traditional way: after harvesting, grapes undergo destemming and crushing process, and then undergo fermentation at a controlled temperature. The wine is served as an aperitif and is also combined with white meat, seafood, salads, poultry meat, vegetables and fruit.
